At Efficient Exercise, we understand that each person has unique and individual goals. We will listen to you and your needs and customize a program that fits the results you would like to achieve. There are also reasons for the program to adapt, change, and evolve both for progression as well as seasons of life that might require special attention like injuries, extended vacations, or high stress life situations. Our instructors are highly experienced and can accommodate any client in any situation.  Four members of the EE team have 30 years of experience in health and fitness (separately not collectively) and another member adds over 10 years experience.

For exercise to be effective, you need a sufficient stimulus to the body, and then you need to give the body adequate recovery time for growth.  No exercise program is effective unless it is safe and can be performed for a lifetime without promoting injuries. Many programs out there promise you results but they put your body, namely your joints, in danger of acute and often times chronic injuries. Our program ensures safety by the proper exercise selections and understanding each person's unique situation. The Efficient Exercise System™promotes effectiveness by keeping the intensity at a sufficient level and is always done efficiently in a minimal amount of time required for positive change.
