Efficient Exercise Team Bios: Austin General Manager: Keith Norris 512-492-2773
I've been a fitness enthusiast for over thirty years and I happen to
know a secret that most people who've attempted to implement a health
and fitness program within a normal, work-a-day life have no doubt
figured out - that it's not the rather truncated list of "to do's" that
will ultimately doom you -- the real implantation killers lay hidden in
the din of consistent, day-in and day-out roadblocks that serve to
prevent the application of that information.
In September of
2010, I made good on a long-standing promise to myself that I would one
day, when the call became clear and apparent, become more fully engaged
in the hands-on teaching of my personal method for achieving "Physical
Culture high life"; I was introduced to Efficient Exercise, learned of
their overriding philosophy of Physical Culture (and how closely that
philosophy paralleled my own!) and was subsequently offered a position
within the team, I knew that no clearer "call" could be had.

Downtown Manager: Cindy Patrizi 512-632-0101
Cindy has been a health and fitness enthusiast for over 40 years staying
active in rowing, hiking, and other outdoor activities. After a career
spanning more than 30 years in the legal world, Cindy decided to pursue
one of her true passions in life -- helping people towards optimum
health.
During that journey, Cindy's attitude towards exercise
changed. This shift caused her to take a new approach to working
out and more clearly defining what her body needed (exercise) and what
she wanted to do for fun (recreation) instead of trying to make every
activity a workout. She has implemented the exercise vs. recreation
philosophy for nearly 10 years first an Efficient Exercise client and
now the manager of the downtown studio.
Group Training Manager Andrew Flater 210-683-6711

Gayla began her physical therapy practice in 1971 and over the course of nearly four decades has seen it all. She brings her expertise in physical therapy and massage therapy to the table on the EE team (no pun intended ;-)

Westlake Manager: Skyler Tanner 512-507-8188
Skyler Tanner was once "the youngest certified SuperSlow®
Instructor in the known universe" as coined by his former employer
"Coach" John Colman. Since that initial certification at the young age
of 17, Skyler has grown to be more diverse in his knowledge and
application of sound exercise principles and ultimately become one of
the premier HIT trainers in the world.
Skyler moved to Austin in
2004 to join the Efficient Exercise team as the Westlake studio manager
and has been thoroughly enjoying his job, his clients, and the city of
Austin ever since.
Skyler is always on the front lines both in
terms of the implementation of practical exercise programs to his
clients as well as staying current with exercise and nutrition research.
Personal Training, Yoga & Holistic Health April Killingsworth 512-731-3345
April has always been involved in some form of fitness throughout her life and is a witness to the stay healthy stay happy motto.
As a certified yoga instructor, April's method of training is holistic in nature, believing that the best results come from combining the mental, physical, and nutritional needs of her clients to achieve their unique personal goals.
April approaches personal training and life with a sense of humor; if you do not have some form of exercise in your life you can always just "be the dumbbell"!
Working primarily out of the Rosedale studio, April is available for new clients and is excited to share her lifelong love of fitness with those interested in health and happiness.
Los Angeles General Manager: Kenyon Glover 323-557-2165
Kenyon has been active in health, fitness, and athletics for most of his life. He brings his passion for helping others achieve their goals to the table as regional manager of Los Angeles.
Kenyon was born and raise in Monroe, Lousiana, the eldest of two brothers. Demonstrating athletic ability at age five he continued in athletics through high school. He attended the University of Maine on a full scholarship and continued basketball professionally in England after graduation until a career ending knee injury.
This injury caused Kenyon to step back and evaluate his life. He then discovered his passion in helping others through personal training while pursuing his love of acting, modeling, and producing.
President of Efficient Exercise: Mark Alexander
Mark grew up with the influence of health and fitness around him from a young age. His father, Dr. Philip Alexander MD, introduced him to weight training probably before he was out of diapers ;-)
Mark started Efficient Exercise in 2001 with a vision to reach Austin residents of all ages and fitness levels to empower them to improve their health and well-being through proper exercise and lifestyle choices.
