Group Fitness Training                         

Small group training utilizes the expertise of our experienced personal trainers at a more budget friendly price; think boot camp but smaller class sizes, ideal setting in a state of the art training facility, and no one size fits all programming.  The group size varies from studio to studio but typically ranges from 2-6 participants per workout.  Please contact our group training coordinator Andrew for more information.
